This home has been used as a dual occupancy residence so it's a bit confusing when you venture in as upstairs and downstairs both have kitchens lounge rooms and bathrooms etc. The location is excellent as it's on the right side of the street and picks up the northern sun at the front of the house (where it does capitalise from the outdoor decks and the balcony) although you'd need to spend a bit on it to convert it into a house and figure out the best possible layout.
