First Impression

Having inspected 20 properties in the $2m bracket this month in the Bondi area, this is quite simply a standout. It is priced fairly based on other sales in the block. It feels 'complete' and 'right'. Not a detailed review as it is hard to explain but one of my favourite properties in North Bondi where the Developers used their heads, common sense, and concrete to build a block of units that look fairly new , even a few years later. The Floor plans simple and the whole development and units just work.
