This is one of those apartments that genuinely feels like you’ve cheated the system.
Whole floor, lift straight into it, and suddenly you’re not in an apartment anymore, you’re in a proper Brighton residence. The scale is ridiculous for the category. Around 239sqm internally plus a rooftop that most houses would be happy with, and it actually delivers on that promise with a full outdoor kitchen and proper entertaining setup.
The living zones are big, light filled and flow both ways, so you’re not boxed in like most apartments. Separate dining is a rare touch at this level, and the three bedrooms all feel like main suites rather than compromises. The dumb waiter up to the rooftop is a bit of a flex and honestly very on brand for the buyer this suits.
What I like most is the balance. It’s high end without trying too hard. Boutique block, only a handful in the building, proper privacy, and three car spaces which is almost unheard of for an apartment.
If I’m being picky, it’s still apartment living at a serious price point, so you’re buying into that trade off versus a house. But if you want lock up and leave without sacrificing space, this is about as good as it gets in Brighton.
- Not many in the building
- Great location
- Huge spaces
- Well Street apartment
- Older building by comparison to others
