First Impression
I really love this building as it was built with style and like nothing else in Potts Point. Not your typical Potts Point art deco, this building flows down the hill with almost as much garden as building. Being located near Garden Island there may be some noise but in all the times I have visited, neigbours have said it's no issue. The design of the property is vast and grand with beautiful curved windows, a 20m main bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Not having a large garden as some of the units do, reduces the price by almost 50% allowing easier access into this tightly held enclave. Downsizers may be challenged by the stairs but overall the complex benefits from the stair design and privacy between neighbours.
