The position of this house is the best feature (which is a great thing as you should always buy location first).. although there's a lot of work to be done as it's been untouched for a long time. There's no garage although you could potentially add one in the future as there's plenty of room under the house. There's a lot of stairs leading up to the front door as well as a lot of columns.. but im sure it will scrub up alright with some TLC. They internal layout might need to be changed and a good hedge or bamboo grown to give you some privacy in the backyard.
