For those not familiar with this location this address is probably one of the best spots in South Yarra. Close to restaurants in Toorak road and shops in Chapel Street. This project is one of the most prestigious apartment towers recently completed in South Yarra. There are two towers and 400 apartments in the complex. The apartment is suitable for downsizers professionals and families. At this price point what is it that is the most important attribute for you? size amenities or location? I liked the layout of the apartment gives good privacy to the bedrooms however I am not too sure about the color of the finishes - that is something a bit too personal. I would recommend checking on the adjoining buildings and the potential for the views to be built out. Flammable cladding check is also recommended as it is built after 1997. The going rate per square meter is $18125 and it is above market for South Yarra however in line or below with luxury apartments in the City or St Kilda road.
