This is one of the best pockets of the chapel street for those not familiar with this area it is a great inner-city spot. Suitable for young professionals and downsizers. The apartment has a good floorplan outdoor areas and privacy. Kitchen and dining area felt a bit tight but the area is compensated by the size of the bedrooms. I would recommend digging in on due diligence for flammable cladding check as it was built after 1997. At the advertised price point the rate per square meter is $14500. There are a few new developments in this pocket of South Yarra that also may be worth looking into especially at this competitive price point.
