First Impression

This is a great home for anyone in that price point. In fact it's amazing how much more you can get if you can increase your budget as the $3m plus bracket gets you half of this. The block is level (great for a young family) and is huge so you can have a swimming pool as well as a grassed area in the back. It's all living area downstairs which is awesome as that's where the family will spend most of their time and is divided enough if you have teenagers who need their own space. You could add some more value by updating some parts of the house but it's def liveable for now.
