First Impression

Sometimes Location is not everything. This home has had a quick paint and furniture "dress up", BUT that does not hide the fact that it needs a full renovation and possibly a re-design of the floorplan. Close to all the action that you could want in Brunswick, shops, restaurants and transport. Unfortunately, the home has some compromises, bad floorplan, wrong orientation, no parking, very tight street and needs some work asap. Pricing seems fair with a home on this much land and accommodation attracting prices in the 1.3-1.4 mark. First-home buyers and renovators will be attracted. But consider the concerns highlighted before getting swept up in bidding for the desirable location!
