First Impression

Although the home is well presented and certainly appealing with 3 beds and updated throughout, the finish is not the best. The main concerns are the unknown of the future that the warehouses in the street present and the street is renown to be a cut through and most homes have some structural concerns. The price is appealing considering the land that you get but I'd buy in a different street.
