First Impression

This property definitely has the ‘wow’ factor and the views are amazing. But as with most architect designed 20 year old properties there are some elements a prospective purchaser might want to change or update to put their own stamp on it. A big plus is the inclusion of a berth at the nearby Pulpit Point Marina and the use of the amenities at the same estate are also included. It's uniqueness is definitely appealing.
