First Impression
Having a North facing aspect gives plenty of light to the front of the property and certainly has an open and spacious feel as you walk in the front door. Three of the four bedrooms feel a touch on the small side but overall reasonable accommodation for this style and size of property. The floor plan could be reconfigured to take advantage of the light and it could be worth exploring adding another level (Subject to council approval). Generally in good condition fairly private but in need of some updating inside and out.
