First Impression
Tyrell is personally one of my favourite streets in Nedlands. Tree-lined streets characterised by federation heritage walking distance to amenities is why I have acquired here previously. There is still work to be done here with a relatively untainted floor plan and blank canvas to work with. In saying this it’s ready to be lived in and will appeal predominately to families with teenagers or those looking to land bank a heritage home on Tyrell. The outdoor and entertaining area needs attention. The rear North-West orientation will compliment future upgrades to this area. Sales to draw comparisons include 17 Tyrell Street Nedlands (2.250m) & 34 Thomas Street Nedlands (1.875m)
