Upon walking up to the entry gate i was faced with quite steep stairs to the front door, access to the property could be a struggle with young kids or with a load of groceries especially as there is no onsite parking. Once through the door, you find a beautifully updated home with stairs that establish the split level design of the home. The same natural light and flow follows throughout the house. There are generously sized bedrooms, however bedroom 4 is very small with no robe space and would be better served as a study or entertainment space. The downstairs bathroom is a key feature, with a floor to ceiling window to enjoy the natural light coming through. Upstairs hosts the dining and kitchen and to be honest it’s a little odd having the family and living space upstairs as noise could be an issue for the lower level area if entertaining. The house is located on a lovely wide tree lined street, with ample off street parking this makes up for not having on site parking. Internally it's finished very nicely. The North facing aspect allows for direct sunlight throughout the day and creates a warm, family home. My main concern is having the dining and living space upstairs as the space is quite restrictive and could be problematic with noise. With the CBD within close proximity via city west link and a short walk to the tram sheds
- Ready to move in to right away
- North facing aspect
- Elevated positioning on the street
- No on-site parking
- Kitchen and dining area upstairs
- Dining and living space is quite small
