Highly appealing 1905 period facade situated within the heart of Claremont, a pocket I really like. Hosting a walk score of 85 its proximity is literally a stone’s throw from all key amenities. I like that the property is located opposite Rowe park which helps to offset the tight land component and lack of usable outdoor space. I could comfortably advise teenage families to seriously consider this home particularly given the layout isolating the master at the rear. On the flip side I struggle to connect younger / growing families with this layout, security concerns with the parks position, lack of play space and accessibility of the pool. I believe buyers may find it difficult to pin point value with this home given its had capital invested but... was it maximised for broad appeal??? After all this I believe it is an excellent opportunity for those looking for a completed period home with a splash of modern glam.
