First Impression
One of my favourite streets in Brighton as there is usually only one transaction every 7 - 8 years.
The north - rear orientation and above average land size lends itself to a new build as soon as you are able to.
But with the market currently over factoring the cost of building - I see this as a great buy for someone who has a long term plan to build a new home in one of the best locations in Brighton.
