Being detached allows good light even though it has the wrong orientation. The land is a good size but still too tight for the possibility of off-street parking of the ROW. with small single fronters selling for $1.2-$1.3 and small double fronters selling for $1.3-1.5. This quote range seems fair considering some of the properties' downsides.
