First Impression
The Hallmark was formerly a 12 storey Travelodge Hotel before re-development to a 20 level residential complex in 2005. There are155 units in the complex. This two-level apartment feels like a penthouse or even a house I really liked the floorplan. Views are highly unlikely to ever be built out which is a positive. This apartment would be suitable for downsizers and young families. Flammable cladding checks are recommended as it was renovated after 1997. At approx 13000 psm this figure is in line with St Kilda Road owner-occupier towers like the Melburnian. I would recommend an inspection.
