First Impression

Solid heritage red brick home last sold in 2018 for $2m completely un-renovated, unliveable at the time. Renovation is of high quality and this property would be suitable for a professional couple. Lack of parking and outdoor space will be the major concern for most. Based on our register of properties we have purchased and looked into for past clients, fully renovated properties are selling in the range of $15,000 to $17,000 per square metre. This is a high quality renovation so price will reflect this. As we have said in previous reviews of properties in Port Phillip, certain price points of the market have pulled back due to limited demand.
