We have inspected a number of apartments in this complex and there are different towers so it is important to identify the preferred orientation and position as this will affect natural light and views. This apartment is on level 11 and with a north-facing aspect - very desirable. This unit will suit downsizers young families and professionals. Our due diligence suggests that the going rate per square meter in this building is $11000 to $19000 at the midpoint of the advertised price range the rate psm is approx. $16500 which seems in line with the market. Something to consider is that lately there have been a number of apartments for sale in this complex. Make sure you complete your due diligence there are some critical steps you need to follow.
