Stanhill complex was designed by swiss emigre architect Frederick Romberg in 1930 and contains 31 apartments. This location is not the best as queen street can get very noisy due to traffic. Although the proximity to Albert park can be an advantage. The apartment has a good internal area but it would benefit from a cosmetic upgrade. I would recommend paint and new kitchen and bathroom. It would be suitable for for downsizers and young professionals. At the mid-price point of the advertised guide price, the rate per square meter is $9,423 which seems in line with the market.
