We have inspected a couple of apartments in this tower. For those not familiar with the tower this is a prestigious older style apartment block in St Kilda Road opposite to Fawkner Park. Very popular for downsizers with 80% owner-occupiers ratio in the building. The apartment could benefit from a cosmetic upgrade. I would recommend internal paint and a new kitchen and bathrooms. Below level 10 expect traffic noise. The internal area for this apartment is 161m2 so the rate per square meter at the advertised price range is $10599 which seems slightly below the market. If you are looking for this particular tower I would suggest an inspection however at this price point are there any other options for you? What are your needs? We are very familiar with St Kilda road corridor and most of the options at this price point it is important you undertake your due diligence in order to avoid buyer's remorse.
