The location is what you would expect from Brighton. Close enough to everything, beach, schools, Church Street, but still tucked away enough to feel comfortable day to day.
For me, this is one of those homes that just makes sense. You can move straight in and enjoy it as is, and over time you have options if you want to take it further. It is a very easy one to like.
