First Impression

This home presents well on initial inspection with good size rooms, high ceilings in the kitchen and good floor plan flow. The master suite is well considered with terrace & a nice tree line outlook. There are signs of movement that for a building this age require further investigation (is this a result of the SBO and soft ground???). Arguably the kitchen and bathrooms require updates but not urgently. The backyard needs to be investigated as a proportion is not held on title even though it's within the fence line.
