Generally speaking its is a popular location however carefully consideration of the impact that Villa Maria (are there any future plans to develop) and Brighton Beach Primary School (street access a peak times) will have. Currently the home has great outdoor recreation & entertaining space but would need internal upgrades to broaden appeal at this price point. The agent quote range is broad which suggests some motivation from the vendor and with some value opportunity in Brighton in the $4m range I'm keen to see how this campaign plays out.
