SOLD PRE AUCTION What a beautiful feeling as you enter this home with exposed brick walls and matching paving in the north-facing garden. Bathrooms on both levels are rare but not in this case. The downstairs bathroom and laundry are located at the rear of the ground floor which is a logical and convenient location but does inhibit the classic full-opening rear wall of glass doors to the garden. Having said that a laundry and bathroom on the ground level are more important than form over function. The bedrooms are large and bright. The location is near Oxford St but no traffic noise is audible but access to the main roads in and out of Paddington is easy. I like Renny St and this is one of the nicer terraces in this row,
