Having visited this home over 3 years ago and seeing the state of disrepair, I have watched the very long renovation occur as I drove past daily. No expenses spared and a full redesign and demolition of the original interiors. No surfaces were untouched and the benefit of an extra level added with a bathroom. The location is close to Edgecliff Shops/train as well as one road away from Five Ways Paddington so a central location but not in the Upper part of Paddington but the price reflects this. The land is over 150m so the property does not feel small due to the length of the land which allows the rare carpark/courtyard combination instead of one or another. The property is bright due to the use of large glass roof windows on the North side of the kitchen. The quality of fitout is high and the design of the property is very well thought out. I could go on and on but in essence, there is nothing to do but move in. Looking for negatives, possibly South rear but that seems to have been addressed as discussed.
