Domain Hill complex was developed in the late 1990's. There are a few office towers nearby and this street is narrow. It can get congested in peak hours access to the property may be a concern. The apartment is on the second floor highly likely to get traffic noise. The internal condition of the property can be improved perhaps some cosmetic upgrades to make it look modern. Good floorplan flow and I like that the bedrooms get good privacy. This apartment may be suitable for young families professionals or downsizers. In terms of price the rate per square meter for this apartment is selling at around $9700 which seems reasonable for a building of this quality.
