First Impression

Plenty of positives for what would be a fantastic beach house. Walk to various back beaches or swim in your own pool with a northern rear aspect. Would have liked to see a second living zone separated so that the master bedroom had some privacy from noise. Overall a very good renovation on what was a small 3 bedroom brick shack. Tightly held street and the most recent sale was 8 years ago at number 4.
