Short walk to the front beach and one of my favourite beaches at the sailing club. This house really is only a 3br with a rumpus and two living areas. Nice styling in the main house which is on-trend coastal lux with a bit of an industrial edge. The floorplan and layout works really well with big sized rooms and good zoning. The studio unit at the back doesn't really work in my opinion as it dwarfs the yard and casts a shadow over the pool area. I suppose if this was your beach house and you wanted to Airbnb the unit for the times you weren't there it might be ok. Possibly Airbnb for the entire property as it could be offered as a whole for big groups or separately for couples and families.
