A substantial family home on an excellent 773sqm north-facing rear allotment in a very strong central Brighton position. The floorplan is a real positive with multiple living zones, four generous bedrooms plus a proper study, while the deep rear garden and pool give families genuine outdoor space that is becoming harder to find. The location between Church and Bay Streets, with Brighton Primary, Brighton Grammar and Firbank all walkable, is also excellent. The biggest drawback for me is the home itself feels quite dated and very early-2000s in its styling. The granite-heavy kitchen and bathrooms, sweeping staircase and formal living spaces won't suit everyone and buyers may eventually want to spend significant money modernising it. Great land, orientation and family bones, but the house isn't turnkey at this level.
