First Impression

This house has changed hands 4 times over the last 15 years. It is very comfortable and has great potential to do significant renovations if purchased at the right price. Best comparison was the house sold recently over the road selling for just over $3 mill. This house is superior to that. Russell St carries a little bit of traffic from Canterbury Road and there are some units in the street which you need to be mindful of.
