First Impression
A really good low-maintenance option where the location is clearly the hero. Anne Crescent is an excellent Brighton position, literally steps from Firbank and Brighton Grammar and within easy reach of Bay Street, Church Street and North Brighton Station. The home itself is solid and very liveable, with three good bedrooms, two bathrooms and a northwest-facing terrace bringing plenty of natural light into the main living area. The compromise is the 346sqm landholding and the home is fairly basic by Brighton standards, with an older kitchen, limited outdoor space and no real architectural wow factor. At $1.8m–$1.9m though, you're buying the address and convenience rather than a trophy home, and I think there is plenty of appeal in that.
