Most bedrooms are south facing which means natural light may be a concern. In this position traffic noise also needs to be taken into consideration. I like the views over Albert park however make sure you through due diligence is completed - you would not want a tower built in front of it blocking the views! The rate per square meter is approx $13000 which seems on the top end of the range for this tower.
