This terrace is located close to Five Ways and with an easy walk to the Train station and Coles at Edgecliff. The land size is typical for the row, about 110m but with almost 5m of width the terrace feels quite large. The garden is not enormous but there may be the possibility of adding parking STCA as there are no trees or telegraph poles at the rear boundary. The level of the street vs the yard would need to be assessed but the actual size of the rear yard looks like it would fit a car. The state of the house is well maintained with a serviceable kitchen and bathrooms and the floorboards look like original hardwood and not floating floorboards. The floorplan flow is excellent with 2 bathrooms when many terraces have 1 bathroom and a WC. Both are on the first floor next to each other though. Bedrooms are absolutely enormous, all 3 are massive which is unusual as the 3rd one is usually a token bedroom but not in this case. Ceilings are high as well adding to the sense of space. All in all a fairly complete, well-designed and located terrace within the Glenmore Public catchment area as well, confirmed by some very happy school noise occasionally but you can't have it both ways!
