First Impression
A very nice house retaining great period features does need some updating but not immediately. It is exposed from Martin and Drake st. which needs to be considered may have privacy issues along with the bus stop on Drake. It has great outdoor space for kids however a little compromised by set back and accomodation eating into the available area. Will a developer take a look at this? - land at $4.5k per sqm isn't horrible considering 360 New st traded at close to $5.5k.

- Corner position with both roads carrying a little traffic
