661 Chapel Street is a 30-storey project with 116 apartments developed by Malaysian public listed Gamuda Land has it been designed by Melbourne architects Bird de la Coeur. This is one of the best pockets of the chapel street for those not familiar with this area it is a great inner-city spot. Suitable for young professionals and downsizers. The apartment has a good floorplan outdoor areas and privacy. Kitchen and dining area felt a bit tight but the area is compensated by the size of the bedrooms. I would recommend digging in on due diligence for flammable cladding check as it was built after 1997. At the advertised price point the rate per square meter is $14500. There are a few new developments in this pocket of South Yarra that also may be worth looking into especially at this competitive price point.
