First Impression
A quality home with excellent accommodation and high end finishes, but one that's really challenged by its position. Bourneville Avenue sits on the eastern edge of Brighton East and, whilst convenient to schools and Dendy Park, it lacks the lifestyle appeal and prestige of the suburb's better pockets. At this level, buyers have plenty of alternatives in stronger locations. The home itself will impress, however I think the location will ultimately cap the buyer pool and make it harder to achieve a premium result than comparable homes in central or western Brighton East.
