Single fronted victorian cottage fully renovated low maintenance, an option suitable for a young family. I like the modern condition of the house and the floor-plan, as well as the rear lane way access and low maintenance backyard. Usually corner block houses have some privacy issues with windows facing the side street. Second bedroom upstairs is a bit tight but could accommodate a kids bed. I would recommend an inspection for this one asap.
