One of the prettiest buildings in Potts Point and located in the heart of Potts Point, Carisbrooke is instantly recognisable. Having 2 car parks, not tandem in Potts Point is rare in a 2 bedroom unit let alone one at this price point. Whilst the parking is in a neighbouring building, this is a positive as they are located in a more modern building with easier access and it is literally a 30 sec walk away. Greeted by an incredible foyer, the history and style of the building is easy to see and feel. The unit itself is accessed via an old-style lift and is renovated in the recent past but could benefit from a buyer's own style. The ceiling is high, the floorplan is very efficient and whilst there is no balcony as is typical with this era of building, the living area does face NE so was quite bright when I attended. The rooftop terrace has city views and is spacious. Located opposite a Plaza there is a sense of community and knowing that the unit is located in the centre of the Potts Point community.
