First Impression
I have worked in the Brunswick area for 20 years and this property has transacted 3 times in the last 15. Why? Well at face value it's appealing, great location, it appears to have room to value add and the bathroom is in the right spot, BUT! Usually, couples who have bought this property think that they are going to add value but then it's just too hard due to orientation and land size, so they sell and upgrade.
Property sold 2008 $450,000, 2011 $565,200 and 2017 $961,000. Capital growth has been good and current price expectations seem about right!
