This neat brick home is particularly well suited to a small family, with further scope to grow the house as the family grows. The home is very comfortable and liveable for the immediate future however, the floor plan may need reworking over time. The land allotment is a little tight and smart planning will be needed with any future renovations to create a bigger yard space. It is possible to reclaim some of the yard space by building up into the attic space.
This is one of my favourite locations in Brighton, a quiet pocket within walking distance to Martin Street Village and Brighton North.
The quote range seems bullish given the land size. A comparable property would be 10 Cowper Street Brighton which was on bigger land but the home was in worse condition.
- Excellent location
- Liveable now
- Scope for extension
- Small land size
- Bullish price
- No ensuite
