The originality this home still carries is wonderful, layout initially is great then it gets a little odd and where i feel the value could be added by re-vamping and adding the 4th bedroom towards the back of the house, downstairs is where the kitchen is located and done well with lots of space but i feel you lose sense the homey feeling by having to go down a level. Huge land holding and way above the average for Annandale. Although facing west plenty of natural light is let in through the abundance of well positioned windows and sky lights. On street parking is abundant as well as having the handy off street parking in the rear lane, again value could be added with the addition of a lock up garage and more secure access to the house via the rear parking space.
