The apartment would be suitable for families or down-sizers given its a single level lay out. For those not familiar with the location, is very central walking distance to the city and souther cross station, something to be aware of however is that this part of docklands can get really windy at times. The southern orientation is not ideal as natural light will be diminished. The rate per square meter at $9,154 seems in line with the market. I would recommend flammable cladding check as this was built after 1997. We have inspected a number of apartments in docklands and if you are looking for value for money, low rates psm and good internal areas I would highly encourage docklands as a purchase.
