It is a landmark building for owner-occupiers with an ideal location facing the botanical gardens and only 2 tram stops from Flinders Street Station. The north-facing Balcony allows light to fill the open plan kitchen and living room. The building is nearly 20 years old however the apartment still presents well however could be personalised with a Bathroom update. This is a perfect downsizer product as it is single level and could also be suitable for younger families or busy professionals. At the current listed price range, this seems reasonable for a quality building like the Melburnian.
