Situated on the high side of a leafy street this is a well designed property with a good floorplan. The outdoor space is limited but it does make good use of balcony space although probably more for adults use than children. It's an 8 min walk from Woolstencraft train station a 5 min walk to shops and cafes and schools are all within easy reach.
