First Impression
For a growing family who are in search of a low maintenance home with good internal space and storage this property is worth inspecting. The double garage has access directly into the house which is a nice feature. The ground floor has a spacious feel with two living and dining areas study and a large kitchen. Another nice addition is a home theatre room which has been soundproofed and has a large built in projector screen but is need of minor investment to improve the slightly worn feel. Average size gardens to the front and rear have been relatively well maintained but would benefit from a little bit of love and attention.
