First Impression
My first thought about this family home is the limited yard and space for kids to play so it would probably suit older kids better also having the teenagers retreat downstairs. The house is at the back of the block which is done to allow the front yard and decking the northern light and views. The house is quite big in size and has dual living zones but you need to walk through a bedroom to get to one of them. The master bedroom looks out of place. The floorplan is a negative for me but the outdoor flow from the living to deck redeems it just. Perhaps live in now and rebuild down the track on this one? There's also the two vacant blocks to the right of the property without any planning permits yet to consider.

- Good indoor outdoor flow on decking with views
