Walking through the home, there is an immediate sense of scale and quality, with the Michael Wozniak design and Joanne Newell interiors creating a much more luxurious feel than a typical renovated Eaglemont family home. The oak herringbone floors, extensive joinery and natural stone are impressive, while the kitchen with quartzite island and Wolf appliances feels genuinely high-end. The rear of the property is a real highlight, with the northern orientation, covered entertaining area, pool/spa, putting green and basketball area making the 897m² block work particularly well for a family.
The main consideration for me is that some of the interior selections are quite bold and personalised, which may narrow the buyer pool at this level. From a value perspective, 26 Silverdale Road, a 4-bedroom home on approximately 930m², sold for $3.10m in March 2026, although Maltravers Road presents at a materially higher level of finish. With Eaglemont's current 4-bedroom median around $2.41m, the $3.95m–$4.25m guide requires buyers to place a substantial premium on the architecture, land, Mount Eagle position and resort-style amenity.
- Prestigious Mount Eagle Estate position
- Exceptional and well used 897m² north-facing allotment
- High-end architectural fit-out
- Very personalised interior finishes
- Two-storey rather than single-level
- Premium price limits buyer depth
