First Impression
A quality new townhouse that has been finished to a very high standard. The floorplan is practical, the living spaces are generous and the north facing rear garden is a real advantage, particularly for families wanting natural light and usable outdoor space. The location is another major positive, tucked away in one of Hampton's better pockets within easy reach of Hampton Street, schools and the beach. My only criticism is that, whilst the home is impressive, it doesn't quite separate itself architecturally from a number of other high end townhouses currently on the market. A very strong offering that should appeal to a broad range of buyers.
